1993 Eagle Talon

1993 Eagle Talon Parts Car - No Title.

The timing belt is broke on this car (so does that mean it has bent valves?) The engine will turn over but does not try to start.  I'm not sure of the engine size except it's a 4 cyl, but I will look at the tags under the hood in the next few days and see if it says (perhaps you can tell by the photo below).  It has a manual transmission in the floor, 5 speed I'm guessing. The tires on it look to be in good shape.
The body is in almost Excellent condition with the only scrape/dent I noticed along the bottom passenger side as if someone got too close to a high curb or such. The paint is shiny black with the exception of the top which has been faded by the sun.   The inside is in great condition too. It's a  gray fabric with no visible tears or excessive wear. The two door panels have been removed (I assume to take out stereo speakers) but they are in the car and in good shape. The radio has been removed from the dash (a custom one I'm guessing but I see the original radio and faceplate in the back floorboard) 
 It's a sharp little car if someone knows about repairing this sort of stuff and wants to buy a title for it (I know a couple places local that do all the stuff to get a replacement title for about a $100), or it has a wealth of good parts on it if your fixing up one you already have.
