My mother bought this car back in 1994 and was proud as a peacock when she drove it. She died 9 months later so I was always glad she found the car. I have kept it tagged so I can drive it from time to time, but it’s not a regular driver for me. The car is a good and dependable car but it not quite perfect. And it needs someone who will Love it again like my Mama did;-) It has been lady driven I’m sure the past 13 years and it was titled to a woman when we got it (it appeared to be traded in at the car lot where mom got it).
Things that I know need repair are; the headliner needs replacing (it has come un-stuck and I have kept it up out of the way with pink hat pins;-), the power seat motors work but it needs a little plastic gear thingie to make the seat move, there is a crack from the sun in the center of the dash board and the gray half vinyl roof has a lot of drying and cracking from the sun, and the plastic body parts between the bumpers and the body have cracked and fallen out (see pics). I don’t want to make the car sound bad, but I Do want to make sure someone who is interested in bidding on it knows Exactly all about the car. That’s all I can think of that the car needs. I had the air conditioner changed over from one kind of Freon to another (forget what he called it) a few years ago but I think it needs to be gassed up again.
The car has been well maintained and I just had the brakes replaced as well as the brake booster last year. The car runs and drives perfect and always gets a Lot of Attention whenever I drive it! It appears to be a factory pink paint I’m guessing, if not it was done well cause the door jambs and under the trunk and hood are all pink too and I can’t see where it was ever any color except pink. The interior is a medium gray and is in almost perfect condition. It has a telescoping tilt steering wheel, AM/FM Stereo (I can’t remember if it has cassette or not, I’ll go look if you need to know), power windows and door locks and trunk (that all work) and all that fancy stuff that Cadillac’s have.
